Abstract
We propose integrated photonic/electronic/chemical system (IPECS) based on 3-D optical interconnect technologies, including 3-D optical circuits. Self-organized lightwave network (SOLNET). Resource-saving heterogeneous integration process (PL-Pack with SORT), and molecular layer deposition (MLD), for energy/bio applications.
