Abstract
Human-computer interaction moves off from desktop to mobile devices and computing environment has become complex. The traditional pre-defined operations to control the states of system can\´t meet the user experience well. This article presents a perceptual control theory applied to information management on mobile devices, perform the perceptual control theory to the scene analysis, and add a new layer - perceived control agent layer between the interface and applications, which uses the perceptual agent to model the availability of requirements which is independent from "look and feel", and can add new agents to achieve the dynamic expansion. Finally, take the example of the personal information management on mobile devices to verify the effectiveness of the method.
