  • Abstract
    We discuss the management of hazardous chemicals in China, what is formed by the separation of departments in the management with clear division of labor, but the management of low efficiency and high cost of information flow. Each department was engaged in information management, results in the formation of information silos. Laws can not change in a short time, in order to address the problem of information silos; we propose the establishment of a unified information management system for dangerous goods with ideas and technical solutions. Through full analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various technology solutions, we finally chose the SOA architecture, proposed design information system using Web service technology architecture, and analysis key issues of system design, with a certain reference value.
