Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of return supply chain, we establish a multi-level nonlinear supernetworks model which intends to describe the behaviors of the manufacturers, distributors and the consumers. The optimal object is defined as the profit maximization in the model. An algorithm is employed to decompose the network problems into simple sub-problems and enable the researchers to get a clearer view of the material quantity and the transaction prices between iterations. And then, a solution analysis is made on the model by use of variational inequality theory to define the material volume and transaction price. Finally, a computer-based simulation is made on the solution solving process. The simulation result shows that the Equilibrium solution could be achieved with a certain degree of variance.
