Evaluation of supply chain partnership based on rough set theory

After the Era of Economic Crisis, if an enterprise wants to win the advantageous opportunity, it must have reliable supply chain partners. So the research of evaluation on supply chain partners has become hot contents of supply chain management. Based on the history data of some typical enterprises in choosing partners, this paper use rough sets theory to reduce evaluation indexes. Thus we can obtain a more refined index system without influencing decision-making effect. A series of evaluation rules is also be launched as foundation for the enterprise to build intelligentized partner selection decision support system. It can improve the decision-making efficiency and reduce costs. This method has certain practical significance.
