Supplier relationship evaluation model of construction enterprises based on CMMI

Supplier relationship management is the key to enhance the market competitiveness of construction enterprises, and how to assess the relationships between the two sides needs to be solved by the construction enterprises immediately. Based on summarizing and analyzing the relevant literatures, this paper introduces the Capability Maturity Model Integration theory (CMMI), divides the relationships between the construction enterprises and the suppliers into four levels, and establishes an evaluation index system, which constitutes the CMMI-based relationship evaluation model. Finally, this paper selects the PROMETHEE method to assess the relationships between them, and points out the existing problems, which effectively ensure continuous improvement of their relationships and improve the enterprise competitiveness.
