Abstract
The incentive regulation is the center stage for system operators in many countries. At the beginning of 2009 the first regulation period of the German incentive regulation has started. In this paper the specifications of the regulation will be investigated for 110-kV circuit-breakers. The data which are required can be determined from an already existing ageing model. Therefore, the yearly costs of the system operators can be calculated regarding the cost accounting and results accounts.
