Application of entropy-DEA model in mining enterprises development strategic choice

In an increasingly competitive era, the company developed for its own development strategy and strategic implementation of control measures is especially important. When making the strategic program choices, companies still mainly use the general manager intuition, experience, judgments and qualitative methods. In order to help enterprises to make a better strategy decision, this paper constructs a strategic choice model based on entropy-DEA model. Enterprise strategy of alternative can be carried out by this model for sorting.
