Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

According to the excellent engineer education objective of engineering management major, the practice teaching system is an essential part of training engineers. Based on the professional characteristics, a scientific and perfect practice teaching system about excellent engineer training for engineering management major was proposed, which include the basic ability practice, the professional ability practice, the comprehensive ability practice, the innovative ability practice and the employment practice. The corresponding specific contents and implementation methods of practice teaching were also further studied in the system. All of these will contribute to culture the engineering skills and management ability of senior compound management talents.
