    Knowledge Management (KM) has been widely used in human resource management in corporations and gets tremendous success. Emotion Quotient (EQ) which focuses more on emotion understanding and promotion has also been widely used and gets great development in the business management as well as human resource management. What about to apply KM in human resource management with EQ? this article will study how to use Emotional Quotient in Knowledge Management primarily, especially using most needed EQ skills which are communicating with Impact, enhancing KM Performance and KM Satisfaction, creating KM Values, Moods, and Attitudes and establishing adaptive leadership, learning culture and learning incentive mechanism in a learning organization to make the Knowledge management work efficiently and effectively.
