Abstract
In the paper the application of HDR and EF techniques to image-based measurement systems are described. The advantages of such techniques are discussed, and their performance are compared to the original high-contrasted images and between them. Results show the improvements of measurement reliability achieved with the technique presented in case of length measurements of industrial products characterized by different surface reflectance.
