Abstract
In this paper, we propose a distributed space-time trellis code (DSTTC) structure over cooperative nodes with imperfect relay re-transmission. We provide detailed system design and analyze the error performance in Rayleigh fading channels when the relay channel is prone to errors. We compare the results to the equivalent non-cooperative one-hop link from the source to the destination and normalize power and signal to noise Ratio (SNR) calculations with respect to this reference.
