Abstract
An in vivo experiment of small animals, whose emphasis is put on testing possible promoting effects of 1.5 GHz digital cellular portable telephones on skin carcinogenesis, is being planned and advanced in Japan. The purpose of this paper is to obtain an idea for realizing such an exposure system by using an electrically short antenna and to give its dosimetric analysis
