Abstract
The spatial filter method for flow velocity measurement was proposed and the point charge mathematical model of the plug-in electrostatic sensor was introduced too. ´3dB´ rule is used to find the cut-off frequency of measured signal of flow velocity. Experiments showed that the spatial filter method for measuring flow velocity by a plug-in electrostatic sensor is feasible.
