Abstract
Based on the reliability diagram of early-warming system in public crisis by using the system reliability allocation theory and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), a mixed model is established. And allocating reliability methods are proposed in according with the importance of basic events in FTA. According to system functional goal, the system reliability is separated into minimum cut-set which needs to be revised as a sub-system, and the minimum cut-set is allocated to basic events. The simplified system reliability allocation of equivalent FAT is computed in this paper. It provides theory basis for enhancing system reliable performance and operation.
