Abstract
This paper presents a 900 MHz transmitter for FSK applications. A power amplifier, an upconverter mixer and a phase shifter have been integrated together on the same substrate in 0.35 /spl mu/m RF 3 V CMOS technology. The power amplifier has been designed to transmit more than 30dBm@900MHz with an associated efficiency of more than 50% at the maximum power.
