  • Abstract
    We presents design consideration for a new technique using the distributed RC line to realize an active high frequency continuous-time high-pass filter. We employ a MOS transistor circuit to mimic the characteristic of distributed RC line. The same filter transfer function was obtained from our design without changing any topology and elements in the filter. It also has the possibility to adjust the pass band of the filter independently. The Oread PSpice software with a standard MOSFET technology (0.8μm) was used for the filter simulation. Experiments and the satisfactory results that compare the simulation of our designed with the idea filter are presented and discussed.
