  • Abstract
    Abstract-The author applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to establish urban-rural integration level measuring method, uses the data of 4 cities including Jiyuan in Henan Province, Qianjiang in Hubei Province, etc. as the empirical materials to comparatively analyze the urban-rural integration level in province-governed city and city in local city group (metropolitan area). The measurement result shows that the province-governed city system is favorable for promoting the development of urban-rural integration, and it is necessary to properly increase the quantity of pilots of province-governed city, expand the jurisdiction of current province-governed city and accelerate the economic growth method transformation so as to further promote the overall urban-rural planning and development in China.
