  • Abstract
    This paper presents the design of a circuit used in temperature measuring ASIC that can be applied to heat-meter. The operation principle of this design is transforming the temperature measuring into time measuring which is implemented purely in asynchronous circuit. This design is intended for applications that require high precision and low power consumption metering.
