Research on the Attribute and the Role of Indemnificatory Housing

This article discusses housing security system in our society. From the society attribute of housing problem this paper gives account of the housing security problem under the different social conditions. The article also argues the critical roles of housing security system under the modern society. The paper reviews the progress from welfare or public room to indemnificatory or low-income housing in China, and some characteristics in its housing security are discussed. And from those facts that we have discussed the paper deduces the problems of general character and individual character between indemnificatory and commercial housing. Finally the article infers the roles of indemnificatory housing, overall role and partial role of indemnificatory residential buildings.
