Abstract
In this paper it is proposed a new method for generating multilevel Complementary Sets of Sequences (CSS) based on the existence of Hadamard matrices of odd order. Then it is generated a family of M2 Multilevel Loosely Synchronized (MLS) codes from a multilevel CSS. These codes have inherent advantages that make interesting their use in UWB-based local positioning systems.
