  • Abstract
    We developed a remote meteorological observation system and interactive data publishing system on the web. Meteorological sensors collect data and send it to the DBMS. When students retrieve past data on the web, the data are brought with XML. Therefore the data can be transformed by XSLT with XSL style format in accordance with students´ demand. The system has flexible GUI by using XML. Also the system can generate some pairs of problem and answer automatically to learn meteorology. This system will contribute to science education.
