Abstract
The problem of nonstationary three-dimensional electromagnetic fields modeling in the problems of electrical survey with the use of the finite element method, which uses vector-scalar definition with the nodal basic functions on the parallele piped finite elements is considered in the present work. A scalar magnetic potential is introduced in the air and vector potential - in all other areas. To assign the source in the scalar potential the potential fracture method is used.
