Abstract
This paper addresses the various issues related to intelligent and cooperative systems. Such systems exchange information in order to achieve a common goal. Furthermore, these systems may be distributed on networks and may present several incompatibilities. To overcome such constraints, we suggest to a way to develop software agent-oriented frameworks that are at the heart of the C-FOAL (Conception par Frameworks Oriente´s-Agents Logiciels) method. It is used for designing an environment for intelligent and cooperative systems
