Abstract
Recent developments of the terahertz real-time imaging system with a quantum cascade laser and un-cooled microbolometer array, terahertz quantum well photodetector, compact cavity-less femto-second light source, spectral database for materials, and atmospheric propagation model in NICT will be reported.
