    In the digital process of constructing navigation mark,making research on positioning precision of the navigation mark,it also improved efficiency of the digital management.This paper put forward the method of the identification plan of shift location,with the combination of these two systems,GPS and DR can achieve better positioning effect,adopting GPS/DR integrated position technology and United Kalman filter was designed for two types of GPS and DR data fusion system.Its computer simulation system was designed by using Matlab software, deviation value shows in the shift of location,the positioning precision of the system came at the demand.
