Abstract
Based on the development of Chinese Intelligent Integrate Transportation System, the paper show the method to Recognize the Regional and Urban Transportation State, which is the most important problem in Intelligent Integrate Transportation System, besides the problem face the planning and Decision-Making process. Then this paper introduces some good examples to do this work and give a major structure for the application, on the expectation of finding a suitable way to develop our urban transportation process based on ITS situation. Afterwards, to show the way to settle the problem of how to tighten the cooperation of the reform and administration, public and private investment apartments. The major findings and lessons from this application are discussed, together with conclusions and Observations regarding further potentials and refinements.
