Abstract
This report propose a new way to create a new community to innovate Japanese residence. Living with nature and gaining a comfortable life in a spacious residence is the dearest desire of the Japanese for living in twenty-first century. The former way for conventional development was composed of the strong common idea that development will be a work for increasing the value of land, and the best solution is urbanization to create high value. Therefore conventional development by the former way included deforesting many trees, digging up huge soils and destructing eco-systems to create urban areas in the mountains. But the strong common idea is unfit for new social condition´s New ways proposed for creating new community can make our desire for living ecologically and comfortably come true.
