Abstract
Since the study on quality culture has been only attractive in recent literature, most published related research works are still qualitative in nature. Based on the information from the project of research about quality culture in national defense technology industry, this paper is attempt to design the evaluation system about quality culture´s index and propose the new fuzzy comprehensive model of multiple levels of quality culture, which is from the method of entropy power.
