Abstract
This paper begins with the solving of Maxwell equations based on Coulomb gauge, applying Helmholtz theorem in classical electromagnetic theory, presents a new method of converting rotational field equation to two independent scalar field equations, and analyzes the project problem for electromagnetic vector in vector wave function space, dyadic Green´s functions expressed by using scalar Green´s function are given.
