Abstract
The authors have developed a new in-vivo spectroscopic imaging system (IVIS) for real-time biomedical applications. IVIS visualization produces images that are acquired non-invasively during clinical procedures. This paper describes data collected from tissue to determine the efficacy of this type of hyperspectral imaging modality for measuring changes in the spatial distribution of regional tissue oxygenation during vascular occlusion and reperfusion
