  • Abstract
Records of intensity of global electromagnetic resonance (Schumann resonance) contain two factors: one them depends of the local time and the other is the function of universal time that reflects the level of planetary thunderstorm activity. Three variants of a technique are considered, which allow for separation of local and universal time factors. Theses are applied toward the controlled numerical experiment and, finally, to the experimental records of distant observatories.
