  • Abstract
    We use a fiber Bragg grating filter to reduce inter-symbol interference in an integrated Mach-Zehnder semiconductor optical amplifier wavelength converter. The grating filter reduced the conversion power penalty by 3.5 dB at 5 Gb/s
