Abstract

In recent years, The application of multimedia technology is now rapidly becoming the mainstream in the development of educational technology. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of multi-media English teaching and learning in Jilin University. The specific research questions addressed in this study were: 1. Why is multi-media used in college English teaching? What are the attitudes of the learners towards the multi-media as program resources? 2. How is multi-media used in college English teaching? 3. How to improve the effectiveness in integrating multi-media and college English teaching and learning?
