  • Abstract
Objectives: To investigate the role played by sperm damnification in reproduction and correlation with sperm motility and sperm malformation rate. Method: We chosed 186 clinical samples for assaying their semen parameters by Computer Assisted Semen Analysis (CASA), meanwhile, we investigated sperm DNA damnification by Single cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE). Our work highlight that the correlation analysis of DNA damnification with the sperm deformity and motility. Then, we randomly selected some datas made statistics analysis by SPSS13.0. Result: The results showed that the SCGE method is very accurate for detected sperm DNA damnification. Statistics analysis showed that compared with the control group (male fertility), sperm viability, DNA damnification and morphology are significant difference of the group low sperm motility (P <;0.05).
