Abstract
Based on the research of the order parameter principle and the slave principle, this paper regards the management pattern system of manufacturing firms as a complex system which is composed by the mission subsystem, the technology subsystem, the human resources subsystem and the organization subsystem. Its implementation rules conform to the characteristics of the self-organization systems. The paper studies the interaction among the four subsystems and at the same time regards the coordination degree among the four subsystems as the order parameter of the synergetic management pattern system (SMPS) for manufacturing firms. Then this paper establishes an index system, and based on these, finally gives a coordination evaluating model. If the system could not harmoniously operate, managers in the manufacturing firms could take certain measures to make the whole system go to effective implementation.
