Abstract
With development of knowledge-based economics, innovation seems to be more important than ever. Organizational climate for innovation and knowledge creation have become respectively two important focuses in their domains academically and in practice. In this paper, we will take a critical look of correlative linkage between them. Each of these variables is decomposed into five dimensionalities or five stages. A correlation model is proposed between organizational climate for innovation and knowledge creation. The authors take the modified ldquoTeam Climate Inventory Questionnairerdquo and self-made Organizational Knowledge Creation Process Questionnaire as the research tool to assess the following assumption: 1) there exists the correlative linkage between organizational climate for innovation and knowledge creation; 2) the organizational climate for innovation has a positive effect on the each scale of knowledge creation. The results indicate that organizational climate for innovation has a positive effect to knowledge creation process in organization.
