Abstract
One important issue in phase shifting interferometry is to eliminate or compensate for phase shift errors. Based on this fact, an efficient iterative least-squares algorithm to extract phase distributions from unknown reference phases is proposed. Its´ validity and performances have been investigated by numerical simulation.
