  • Abstract
Precise instrument and high-precision machining require increasingly higher measurement precision. At present, the precision of grating Moiré fringes measurement is not high. In this article, based on the original theory of signal subdivision, parallel measurement of coarse subdivision and fine subdivision was used to study signal subdivision technology of grating sensor. Compared with traditional methods, it has high resolution and fast response time. By constructing a tangent function, fine subdivision solved the problem of non-linear output signal, and finally completed the 1024 subdivision of the signal of grating sensor. Therefore, the research has practical reference value in improving subdivision times and resolution of the signal of the grating sensor.
