Abstract
Problem statement: The next few years, the world towards a high degree of competitiveness of industrial enterprises in the development of business models, competition and cooperation, the flexibility of management changes in a timely manner, on the business and the contractor´s use of collaborative software technology to create competitive advantage and set up inter — communication platform to develop systems to control the exchange of information, able to reduce the time and error. Most important is the face of how to choose a partner, the use of collaborative management, making business and cooperation partners, in order to assess the decision of standardization. Approach: This study focused on the use of Grey Situation Decision (GSD) of the decision support tools, criteria used to select and Grey Situation Decision (GSD), calculated to select the computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) software, the most appropriate weight. Conclusion: Standardized set, making the structure more effective assessment of different types of commercial enterprise there is a difference in the technical evaluation criteria. In this study provide a useful reference work with partners in the enterprise is to follow the relationship and technical cooperation.
