In this paper, the test of treating oily wastewater by the integrated membrane technology (walnut shell filter, polyethylene microporous filter and micro filtration equipment) was introduced. During the long term runs, the water quality of effluent was steady. The oil concentration of treated water reduced from 114.58 mg/L to 1.07 mg/L, and the suspended particulates of larger than 1.0 μm decreased from 1477071 individuals per milliliter to 27175 individuals per milliliter, the average rejection rate of particulates of larger than 1.0 μm reached 98.16%, the suspended solid(SS) dropped from 18.12 mg/L to 0.51 mg/L, and the coefficient of membrane increased from 3.17 to 28.47. The test result proves that the quality of treated water can meet the Al water quality standards in SY/T5329-94 recommended indices and analytical methods of the injection water quality for clastic rock oil fields.
