Abstract
A phase-locked loop model including phase noise in the reference oscillator and voltage-controlled oscillator was developed and simulated. Simulations were performed using the transient analysis capabilities of the PSpice circuit simulator. Results were analyzed in the frequency domain using the discrete Fourier transform and compared to measurements
