Abstract
In this contribution, we propose an opportunistic access protocol to the UHF bands based on the primary user deployment map. This protocol is done in two steps: localisation of the terminal thanks to the detection of the used DVB-T channels, and exploitation of the deployment map to estimate the perturbation occurred on each channel on the primary system. The protocol is able to sort the UHF bands free for an opportunistic usage from the less disturbing one (in regard to the primary user) to the most one.
