  • Abstract
According to the large size and strong association feature of space data, an improved BM algorithm-RE_BM (Relationship BM) suitable for space protocol identification was proposed. Firstly, the flag bit oriented Packet judging algorithm was presented to reduce the identification complexity of single-strip space data. Then, the mechanism of flag bit conversing was introduced to improve the protocol head part matching efficiency of BM algorithm and accomplish multi-strip space data identification. Finally, the complexity of RE_BM algorithm was analyzed, and the related efficiency was verified through concrete experiments. Experiment results show that: applying the conversed pattern string, as to single-strip space data with length n, the timing complexity of RE_BM algorithm can be reduced to BM algorithm´s 8/(8+log2n), and the identification efficiency can at most improved about 4 times to high interaction and large size space data. Meanwhile, compared with the BM algorithm, RE_BM algorithm can solve the problems of shorter pattern string and existing enormous uncertain data effectively.
