Abstract
The following paper contains a generalized description of an improved remote alerting and controlling instrument for IP-networks solution. While all existing solutions have problems with operation on remote devices, which are not directly attached to a controlled network, this one increases the abilities for a remote technical personnel to monitor and rapidly respond on various problematic situations appearing during these networks operation.
