Abstract
Selfoc lens is a special type of optical fiber. It is used as an image lens or for optical coupling, etc. Thus it is an important component in optical communication and integrated optics. A SLA (Selfoc lens array) is composed of many Selfoc lens in a strict manner. It is now extensively used in copying machines, fax system and printers. We obtain lithium doped Selfoc lenses and SLA by ion exchange processes. We evaluate the parameters and analyze the imaging characteristic of a Selfoc lens and SLA. The optical parameters measurement system is constructed. This system can measure geometric parameters and optical parameters, such as Selfoc lens diameter, conjugate length, imaging width of SLA and MTF, etc
