Abstract
Some inherent nonlinear interference factors of iron-core PMLSM are main factors that influence its trajectory tracking performance. In order to improve the tracking precise of linear motor, on the basis of PID controller, two kinds of iterative learning controller based on pulse transfer matrix are proposed. Then the convergence of these two methods is detailed analyzed. Simulation results show that iterative learning controller can efficiently suppress repetitive nonlinear disturbances. It improves the tracking precision of PMLSM. Through comparing the convergence speed of these two kinds of ILC, the more excellent method is chosen.
