Abstract
A new form of address event representation (AER) is presented that is suitable for simultaneous data conversion and communication in large neuromorphic computational systems. The proposed ADER representation allows for efficient use of available communication bandwidth and ensures that no information is lost through collisions despite having a predominantly asynchronous scheme.
