  • Abstract
    In this paper, the deformation of throttle-slice for shock absorber, by elastic mechanic, was analyzed, the math model of its deformation was established. According to the relation of the stress with the deformation and the internal forces, the stress math model of throttle was found yet. Followed is a practical example for the computation of throttle-slice elasticity mechanics with this new method, compared the computed results with that simulated by ANSYS. The results show that the analytic computation methods of throttle-slice are reliable, and the deformation and stress formulas are accurate enough.
