Evaluation of Technological Innovation with Data Envelopment Analysis Model for Enterprise

An improved composite DEA method is used in some large scale enterprises to evaluate and measure the technology innovation. It is helpful for enterprises not only to detect the gap between them and the advanced peer enterprises but also to reveal the causes. From the point view of organizational behavior, it triggers enterprises to scan technology innovation, to expose problems and reveal causes. Consequently, the method provides theoretic foundation for enterprises to estimate, track and inspect their technology innovation activity.
